Program Description

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Citrus County Rural Health, Inc. (CCRH) related to your care and our services. Messages may include appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders; health notifications such as lab results, prescription updates, and care instructions; billing and insurance notifications; and operational updates such as office hours, closures, and other relevant announcements.​

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with CCRH and your care needs.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. CCRH does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.

Opt-In

You consent to receive SMS messages from CCRH by providing your mobile number through our patient intake forms, our website, in person at any of our locations, or verbally to a CCRH staff member.

Opt-Out

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message, and you will not receive any further SMS messages from CCRH unless you opt in again. If you wish to resume messages, you can sign up again as you did the first time.
