Citrus County Rural Health, Inc. (CCRH) is committed to providing quality health care to all patients regardless of their ability to pay for services. However, to ensure fiscal responsibility and our ability to continue providing services to those in need, we do require that all patients who can afford to make payments be responsible for their payment in a timely manner. In order to help us better serve you please bring the following to each appointment:

Any co-pays due at the time of service

If you have an outstanding balance, you will be asked to pay the balance in full or set up a payment agreement with our Billing Department at the time you schedule your appointment.

Yes, CCRH accepts both Medicaid and Medicare.

Medicaid provides health coverage to eligible low-income adults, children, pregnant women, elderly adults and people with disabilities. Medicaid is administered by states, according to federal requirements. This program is funded jointly by states and the federal government.

Medicare is the federal health insurance program for people who are 65 or older, certain younger people with disabilities, and people with End-Stage Renal Disease (permanent kidney failure requiring dialysis or a transplant, sometimes called ESRD).

Apply for our Sliding Fee Scale Discount (SFSD) Program, which allows us to reduce the cost or “slide” the fees for the care you or your family receives at CCRH.
