CCRH is a community-based health center that is 501(c)(3) nonprofit and committed to improving health equity by providing compassionate, accessible, and reasonably priced care. Regardless of insurance status or financial capacity, we provide services to individuals and families in underprivileged communities as a designated FQHC LaL.

Primary care, behavioral health, wellness education, and preventive screenings are among the outpatient services we offer. CCRH is a neighborhood-based organization that provides excellent, patient-centered care in a friendly and encouraging setting.
